Dr. Ronke Komolafe, DBH, MBA

Dr. Komolafe has a Doctoral degree in Behavioral Health Management with a focus on integrating Physical and Behavioral Health. She has 15 years of experience in healthcare, and is known for her leadership qualities, regulatory analysis, Integrated Care, and Electronic Health Record expertise. Dr. Komolafe currently serves as the CEO of Integrated Physical & Behavioral Health Alliance, serves on the board of many organizations, and is on the Forbes Business Council.

Prior to starting IPBHA, Dr. Komolafe served as the Director of Integrated Care Solutions at NextGen and the VP of Compliance & Operations with Topaz Information in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Komolafe was a Sr. Public Health Administrator at Health Net, where she integrated healthcare delivery and payer services for high-needs high-cost patients.

Previously, Dr. Komolafe served as Behavioral Health Program Manager with Arizona Medicaid. In this position, Dr. Komolafe monitored health plans delivery of behavioral health services for Medicaid patients. Prior to Arizona Medicaid, Dr. Komolafe served as a Behavioral Health Case Manager to patients with mental illness at Southwest Network. Dr. Komolafe completed her Sustainable Strategy program at Harvard Business School in 2020. She earned her Doctor of Behavioral Health degree from ASU in 2018, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Louisville.

Dr. Komolafe enjoys scuba diving, snorkeling, traveling, yoga, writing, meditation, hiking, and dancing. She resides in Phoenix, Arizona.

Sean Gunderson

Sean Gunderson: Sean Gunderson is an executive leader with over 30-years of experience creating business value through design, development, and application of technology as a business solution for national and international organizations. Sean is the co-founder of iTether Technologies, a patient engagement digital solution system that provides coordination of care for patients across all treatment levels. Prior to iTether, Sean was the President of the Law Enforcement Intelligence Group where he designed, developed, and implemented an end-to-end business intelligence solution with ETL system, data warehouse, and dashboard offering which included predictive analytics functionality. Sean has extensive experience in IT, leadership, strategy planning, business development, justices, and law enforcement. Sean graduated from DeVry University with a degree in Computer Information Systems.

Dr. Brenda Granillo, DBH, MS, MEP

Dr. Brenda Granillo, DBH, MS, MEP is an Associate Research Social Scientist with the Southwest Institute for Research on Women (SIROW), and holds a Doctor of Behavioral Health (Management) degree. Dr. Granillo is a leading expert in public health emergency preparedness and response, hospital and healthcare readiness, homeland security exercise design and evaluation, as well as competency and capability-based workforce development. Prior to joining SIROW, Dr. Granillo served as Director of the Mountain West Preparedness and Emergency Response Learning Center at the Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health at the University of Arizona between 2005-2017. Dr. Granillo has developed, implemented, evaluated, and provided training and technical assistance serving as Principal Investigator and Lead Evaluator for multiple grant-funded research projects, ranging from improving self-escape of underground coal miners in emergency situations, building community resilience in the aftermath of disasters, to working on enhancing risk perception of emergency medical services in response to a highly infectious disease like EBOLA.

Dr. Granillo is a certified Master Exercise Practitioner through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and has extensive experience designing, conducting, and evaluating exercises for public health preparedness programs, federal, state, tribal, and local governments, and rural cardiac healthcare systems. Dr. Granillo has specialized expertise working with Native American communities promoting best practices and respecting sovereignty and consultative approaches using culturally appropriate participatory processes for community mobilization, empowerment, and capacity building.

As an Associate Research Social Scientist with SIROW, she leads the performance and outcome evaluation efforts to assess the impact of the Medication-Assisted Treatment program for people with opioid use disorder in partnership with Caring Health Center in Springfield, Massachusetts. Dr. Granillo will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of researchers and scholars on socio-psychological health-related research and service programs serving traditionally underserved and health disparities populations. Dr. Granillo’s research interests include enhancing the role of medical health providers and allied healthcare professionals in integrated Behavioral Health interventions to advance population health using systems thinking and implementation science to improve health outcomes and psychosocial well-being. Dr. Granillo serves on several local and national committees and currently is assigned as a Subject Matter Expert for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR), Technical Resources, Assistance Center, and Information Exchange (TRACIE). Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) TRACIE Subject Matter Expert Cadre; Regional Emergency Preparedness Committee for Pima County; EPA Region 9, Border 2020 Emergency Preparedness Task Force.

Jena Grady

Jena Grady is healthcare attorney at Nixon Peabody. She is the co-chair of the NP Behavioral Health Practice Group and the co-chair of the NYC Office Women's Resource Group. She is a known leader in healthcare policy, regulatory affairs, 42 CFR Part 2, Behavioral, Physical, and Integrated Health, health disparities, clinical integrated networks, healthcare technology, HIPAA Privacy law, and health business operations. Jena graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University in Chicago, a Master of Health Sector Management and a Bachelors in Psychology from Arizona State University.

Dr. Douglas Thorpe is a healthcare leader known for his commitment to program design, evaluation, Integrated Health, and quality outcomes. Dr. Thorpe currently coordinates the HEDIS Program at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona (BCBSAZ). Prior to working at BCBSAZ, Dr. Thorpe was the Quality Practice Advisor to WellCare Health Plans and Adjunct Professor of Integrated Health at Arizona State University. Dr. Thorpe is passionate about triple aim, population health management, and healthcare cost savings. He graduated from Arizona State University with a Master's in Health Care Delivery and a Doctoral Degree in Behavioral Health Management-Integrated Health.

Dr. Olgica Trenchevska

Dr. Olgica Trenchevscka is a PHD scientist and biotech leader with over 16 years experience in research and development in the biotech industry. She has co-authored over 10 scientific publications and helped develop a biopharmaceutical platform technology to analyze the immune system’s response against diseases. Dr. Trenchevska currently serves as a Senior Scientist at Cowper Sciences where she efficiently implemented market commercialization for sophisticated life science proteomics technology projects. Dr. Trenchevska is a philanthropist known for her volunteer work with Arizona Science Center. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a Masters Degree in Chemistry, a Doctoral Degree in Chemical Science, and a Postdoctoral Degree in Biochemistry.

Through insights gained in private practice, leading physician groups, and embedding himself in the healthcare innovation world, he can empower those looking to improve the health of communities and the wellbeing of those that dedicated their lives to providing care. Dr. Anderson has a passion for finding unique solutions to difficult problems in healthcare.

He is a results-driven professional with more than 14 years of experience leading, designing, developing, and deploying major technology programs/projects across organizations and business units.
